OPENING OF AN AIR SENEGAL INTERNATIONAL AGENCY

Air Senegal International, which has a capital of CFAF7 291 000 000 is based in Dakar, at Léopold Sédar SENGHOR airport, and was registered at Dakar commercial court, under number 2000.B. 1982, on 24/11/2000. The company, whose purpose is the creation, organisation, operating of transport services and any other travel and tourism services via air, has opened an agency in Abidjan (Ivory-Coast), which is situated on Chardy Avenue. The agency was registered on 20 November 2001, under number 13/19/01, at the Clerk's Office of the Abidjan commercial court.
The Air Senegal International agency in Abidjan is represented by Mr. El FAKIR.
